Thanks a lot....I was actually getting Matt to eat these to get them out of the freezer. Now there's no hope they'll ever get eaten again.;)
I was channel surfing last week and came across this very part of his routine on the Comedy Channel... I almost woke the kids up with my laughing.
His stuff on religion later in the show is great... "Wouldn't it have been hard for them to buy Jesus a gift?"
Jesus: "Oh. Socks for my birthday. You do realize I'm the Son of God, right?"
Double-checked transcript... actual wording of the joke about getting Jesus a present is funnier:
"Oh, a pair of socks...thanks. You know I'm dying for your sins, right? Yeah, but thanks for the socks. They'll go with great with my sandals. What am I, German?"
Gaffigan rocks. I love him in that TBS show, "My Boys"--best ensemble show I've seen in a while.
By the way, don't worry. I took notes, and you're getting each and every one of your kryptonite foods for Valentine's Day. <3
