There is an online phenomenon known as "LOLcats". For those who have not experienced this silly internet treat, I show one here. Basically, take a pic of a cat, throw on a funny label spelled in some form of internet subculture lingo, and you have an LOLcat. Sometimes they are referred to as "Icanhascheezburger cats", as this was an early LOLcat apparently. For some reason, the occasional random squirrel or elephant finds its way into the lists of images. Not all LOLcats are appropriate, but there are many good, clean compilations out there. I miss having animals. Our location won't let us have any pets, much to the chagrin of my children. Maybe I could make some LOLkids instead.
